It took me forever to make a decision as to which chair I wanted. I , but I felt that it would come with the strongest hydraulics so less likely for that to go. I received my chair on 11 January and I was going to try to put it together myself but being disabled it would’ve taken me forever because of my disability a friend came over yesterday 18 January, and put it together for me and less than a half hour. I’d love the rolling wheels you’re like rollerblade wheels they’re quiet and they roll so smoothly. I love them. I am only 5 foot three so it’s still a little bit too big for me but I’d rather be too big than two dang small. It’s very comfortable and I needed comfort because my tailbone is giving me pain from my previous office chair. So from what I can tell, I’m going to really enjoy

I'm 6'5" tall and have struggled to find an office chair that was comfortable. I have had two back surgeries and the previous chairs just did not give me the support nor he height so that my knees were always not touching any part of the chair. I have now the support when setting and I don't out of the chair sore from setting. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone that is tall, has back issues, and looking for a nice-looking chair. My wife who is 5'4" set's in the chair and here feet do not touch the floor so again if you tall this is the chair for you. I weigh just 240 pounds and so I don't come close to exceeding the weight limit, and it is an easy rolling chair as well.

I love this chair the only problem I have is the lumbar support knob dose not move when I installed it. But the pre set lumber support setting was perfect for me I’m 6,5 345 and I love this chair so far will keep you updated

My 10+ year old office chair was killing my back. After researching many different ones I took a flyer on this one based on description, despite there only be a few mixed reviews. I've used this chair for 2 weeks now and my back definitely feels the difference. Based on quality / price, I highly recommend this chair. I love it!

I’ve been using this chair for a few days now and I’m really impressed. It was easy to assemble and feels very sturdy. Sooooo comfortable. Makes my working place more efficient. The adjustable height and armrests makes it ergonomic for someone who has already had carpal tunnel release surgery and must take care to prevent other problems in those areas. It is sturdy and cost effective. Looks very classy in my small apartment and it is light enough to roll around for watching television as well.

The thick and soft cushion of the e-sports chair is really comfortable to sit on. The appearance, material and leather are of high quality. I highly recommend it. It feels very textured when touched. The overall service is quite good. The craftsmanship, quality and workmanship are acceptable. The thick cushion is really comfortable to sit on. There is no obvious smell at all, which is far beyond expectations. The Angle of lying down is also very large, exactly the same as the picture. It's amazing!

This is a very comfortable chair and I am surprised actually because the last I have bought didn't live up to the hype. It arrived with no damage and assembly was pretty modest and straightforward. I would advise getting help putting the back on so its easier to line up bolts and hokes but aside from that its a breeze. Chair is wide and very comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. I use it for work and gaming and its held up flawlessly. Material is very comfortable and doesn't feel cheap or make you stick to it like a treefrog.

I recently purchased this chair, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! This chair is solid. The base of the chair is metal, not the typical plastic structure. The assembly was very easy and the assembly instructions are phenomenal! The instructions are graphics-based with pictures, so it's easy to understand. The assembly itself was similar to other chairs I've purchased. The chair is adjustable. It has an adjustable height, and you can adjust it to sit straight up or allow it to recline. The arm rests also adjust out of the way if you want them to!
One unique feature of this chair is its adjustable lumbar support. There's a small pump on the side that you can use to inflate and increase the support of your lower back. The materials seem very durable and along with the strong structure, I expect this chair to last me a long time.....which has not been my typ

Absolutely love it. Got a little frustrated (ok understatement) putting it together only because I hate doing this kind of stuff - it was just on putting the screws in on the top part of the chair - but I eventually got it. I am loving it sooooo much now that I've put it together - it is soooooo comfortable!!!! I got it as a solution to a sore neck and back from my other chair. This one exceeds expectations.

Really comfortable chair. For some reason, it locks so that i’m sitting up straight a lot of the time even though the knob underneath is turned left so that i’m able to lean back but I can’t. is this happening to anyone else?

So I seen some reviews about not getting this if you’re short but I’m 5 1 and it’s been great. If I sit all the way back I can’t flat foot completely but I guess if that’s an issue for you there’s always the option to buy a little foot rest or use a pillow under your feet. For any chairs with good lumbar support they’re gonna be a little taller and the sizes are in the listing. It’s a huge upgrade from what I had previously so I’ll deal with not being able to completely touch the ground I’m short that’s nothing new to me. Worth the money. Size and style are great. I assembled it myself in a few minutes.

Chair is fine. Arrived as described. No problems with assembly. Parts and hardware labeled well. Would have given the chair 5 stars but during assembly I noticed a cover plate on the side of the armrest was missing. The missing part was in the plastic bag that the armrest had been packaged in. Upon inspection I noticed that one of the two small plastic tabs that connected the plate to the armrest was broken off. I snapped the piece in place but with one of the tabs missing, it doesnt sit flush. I texted the number on the sellers site two times over a week and a half and.... crickets. With the chair assembled, I did not wish to take it apart and return it but would have really liked to get a replacement part for the piece that was broken. Not only havent received the part, haven't even rece

I bought this chair mainly for gaming, but I’ve ended up using it for work as well. It’s honestly better than some of the higher-end chairs I’ve tried. The seat is thickly padded and very comfortable, even after hours of sitting. I like that the material is PU leather—it’s soft, smooth, and easy to wipe clean, which is helpful when snacks and drinks are involved. One of the standout features for me is the flip-up armrests. When I’m using a controller, I like having the arms down, but when I’m typing or need extra elbow room, I just flip them up.
